BeeDelivery Terms of Service

This page tells you the terms which apply when you use our services. Please read these term

s carefully before placing any order. These terms help you know your rights when using our services.

By setting up your Bee Delivery account, you confirm that you accept these terms.


1. Purpose

Our objective is to provide you with a seamless and easy service by connecting you with our partners. BeeDelivery acts as a mediator on behalf of both partners (restaurants and stores) to conclude orders from our online platforms and manage the relationship between the agents and the delivery service providers, this is done by following up with the process of supplying the order with the associated parties and beyond.  

2. Your Account 

Before you place orders, you need to activate a BeeDelivery account through your phone number. You may close your account at any time by deleting the application on your phone.

We may suspend your access to your account or close it permanently if in our opinion you are abusing our services (conducting a fake order, making repeated unreasonable complaints, mistreating our staff, damaging the company's reputation without a valid reason or any other valid reason in our opinion).

3. Service Availability


Each partner (restaurants and stores) has a set delivery area. This delivery area may change at any time due to factors such as weather or the increasing demand for our service. This is to ensure that your order reaches your door in its best quality. 

Our partners (restaurants and stores) each decide their own operating hours. That means the availability of our service depends on their availability. 

If you tried to place an order and the service is not available for any of the previous reasons or any other reason; we will notify you that ordering will not be possible.

4. Orders

During the order process, if you decide to cancel the order or postpone it for a later, you will be given the choice between keeping the order basket as a draft that you can return to later and complete the order process or deleting the basket permanently.

When you place an order through our platform, it needs to be accepted by us and the partners (restaurants and stores). 

We will notify you if your order has been confirmed along with the expected delivery time.

The contract for the supply of any item you have ordered is to be implemented when we send the confirmation notice. 

You are responsible for paying the full value of your bill that appears on the application, which includes the delivery fees.

We may not be able to perform all the notes you have mentioned in your order.

5. Cancellation 

You may delete an order before we confirm it from our side without any charges.

You may cancel an order without charge at any time before the partner restaurant starts preparing the food. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately

If you cancel any order after being prepared by a restaurant, you will be fully charged with the ordered items, and if the delivery service provider has been dispatched you will also be charged the delivery fees. 

We may have to cancel your order in some exceptional cases after confirming it for reasons out of our control, this might happen at any time and we will notify you if this happened, as you will not be charged for any orders canceled by us. 

6. Delivery 

When you place an order, you will have the choice to place it as an ASAP Delivery or a Scheduled Delivery. 

For an ASAP Delivery, we will inform you of an estimated delivery time for your order. Rest assured that we will try to deliver your order as soon as possible; you must therefore be available to receive the order from the time you place it. 

For a Scheduled Delivery, we will make sure to deliver your order at the specified time that you scheduled, therefore you must be available to receive your order during the expected time of the order's arrival.

When the delivery service provider receives your order, a notification will be sent to you through the application and this enables you to track the location of your order.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts and that of our partners (restaurant and store), things do not always go as planned and this may prevent us from delivering your order on time, to factors such as traffic and weather conditions. 

If your order is more than one hour late, you will receive your order for free, unless you have caused the delay yourself.

7. Addresses:

In order to use the application and have the best service, you have to make sure to add your own address with the correct location and details, also you have to be in the same address as the one you are adding.

To make sure that the chosen address by is the one you want, we will verify the address through two interfaces, when you enter the BeeDelivery app and before you submit your order.

If you need to change the delivery location after you have placed your order, we may be able to change the delivery to an alternative address, one that is registered within your account if you let us know before the delivery service provider has been dispatched.

If we cannot change the delivery address, there are some special cases where you have the option to cancel the order, but if your order preparation has started, you will be charged with the full price of the ordered items, and if the delivery service provider has been dispatched you will also be charged for an additional delivery fee to the new address.

8. Fake Orders

In case you do not accept to pay the order bill or the delivery failed for any of the following reasons:

In these cases, your order will be considered as a fake order and it will be wasted from our side. This leads us to block your account, you will not be able to place further orders until you clear your financial receivables shown on your account, which is 50% of the last unpaid order in addition to the full delivery fee.

9. Your Rights if Something is Wrong with Your Items

You have the right not to receive the order in case the items do not comply with your order or are in a dissatisfactory condition

We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the items. We will compensate you as we see fit depending on the severity of the damage in the received order.

Prior to processing your refund, we may take into account relevant factors including the details of the order, your account history, what happened on delivery, and information from the partner restaurant.

10. Prices and Payment:

BeeDelivery may operate dynamic pricing some of the time, which means that prices of items and delivery fees may change while you are browsing. Prices can also change at any time at the discretion of the partners (restaurants and stores). No changes will affect existing confirmed orders unless there is an obvious pricing mistake. 

If there is an obvious pricing mistake, we will notify you as soon as we can and you will have the choice of confirming the order at the new price or canceling the order without any charges. 

We also charge a delivery fee. This will be notified to you during the order process, and it will be shown to you in your basket before submitting your order.

The delivery fee varies from one partner (restaurant and store) to another based on the distance between your selected restaurant or store and your delivery address. 

The total price of your order will be set out on the checkout page, including the prices of items, delivery, and taxes if applicable.

You can also get to choose between the available payment method:

We are authorized by our partners (restaurants and stores)to accept payment on their behalf. Payment of the price of any items or delivery charges to us will fulfill your obligation to pay the price to them. 


11. Offers and Discounts

Partners (restaurants and stores) sometimes make special offers available through our platform, which is visible when you look at the menu. These offers are at the discretion of the partners (restaurants and stores). Some are available always and some are only available at certain times. These offers can be stopped at any time.

Take into consideration that BeeDelivery ’s codes can be used only once on your orders from partner restaurants within 30 days from the issuing date. You can use only one discount code per order

12. Loyalty Program:

Our company's loyalty program,  a loyalty program is based on the system of earning and redeeming points when placing orders through the application or achieving achievements.

Validity of points:

The details of the loyalty program are mentioned in the Loyalty Program Guide section, and the company reserves the right to modify its program at any time without notice, such as program benefits, rewards, program earning, and redemption points

14. Our Site and Our Service Change Regularly

We aim to update our platform and our service regularly and may change the content at any time. 

If the need arises, we may suspend access to our platform and our service, or close them indefinitely.

Any of the material on our site or our service may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.

Bee Delivery Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how that information is used, under what circumstances we share information, and the choices you can make about that information. This Policy applies when you access Bee Delivery through a mobile app

Information we collect

  1. Information you provide to us or allow others to provide to us
  2. At various points in the Bee Delivery experience, you may provide us with information about yourself. For example, when you create an account with Bee Delivery, you provide us with personal information like your name, email address, and phone number. And if you place an order with Bee Delivery, we collect information including your address , phone number, birth date, and the details of your order.
  3. Technical information about the usage of Bee Delivery When you use the Bee De livery services, through our mobile app, we automatically receive some technical information about the hardware and software that is being used.
  4. Location Permissions 

Log information: When you use Bee Delivery, our servers will record information about your usage of the service and information that is sent by your device. 

Log information can include things like the IP address of your device, information about th e operating system and/or app you are using, unique device identifiers, searches that you run on Bee Deliver y, and other ways you interact with the service. If you are logged into the Bee Delivery service, this information is stored with your account information.

We may use the information we collect for various purposes, including to:

Bee Delivery is a platform that connects users with Pickers who shop for and deliver the goods that users want from retailers. To facilitate the process, we need to share information about you and your order with the other parties who help enable the service. This includes, for example, the Picker who picks and delivers your order.

We also share information under the following principles:


  1. Comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  2.  Prevent, detect, or otherwise handle fraud, security, or technical issues
  3. Protect the safety, rights, or property of any person, the public, or Bee Delivery.

What is Bee Delivery?

Bee Delivery is an on-demand food delivery platform that connects customers with their favorite’s outlets (restaurants and markets). The food is delivered to you wherever you are as long as you are within our delivery range.


What are the delivery areas f or the Bee Delivery platform? / How can I add my address to the application?

Bee Delivery is lo cated in Iraq and we are also working hard to expand to all Iraq area, and you will be notified as soon as B ee Delivery service is available in any new area through our social media platforms. You can check the avail ability of Bee Delivery services within your location by opening our app and following these steps:

Profile > my addre sses > add new address > clicking next button > if you are in served radiance you can continue with adding address details and if you are not, we will let you know immediately.


Why I can’t see every subscribed outlet on the app?

Each outlet has a specific delivery range depending on several logistical issues related to the type of items offered, the type of packaging, and the expected time for preparing and delivering the order, in order to ensure a unique service and experience for you without any problems.

The outlets closest to you are also determined according to the address you chose in the first interface of the application.


How does Bee Delivery works?

It’s simple.

1. Enter your address.

2. Choose your favorite outlet to order from.

3. Review your order and its value from the final list (Checkout) and choose your preferred payment method.

4. In case you have active vouchers, you can add it to the order and benefit from it through out adding the discount from “add voucher” button

5. Once you have checked all the desired information click “send order” so we can process your order, and a few minutes later a message will be sent to you confirming the order with the expected arrival time.

How do I change my registered phone number on the app?

You can change your registered phone number by logging out of the app and to sign in with the requested phone number with a new account, bottom line you can’t change the phone number for the same account.



What is Bee Delivery loyalty system, and how can I collect points?

Our loyalty program is based on the system of earning and redeeming points when placing orders through the application (without applying discount on it) or achieving achievements.

The count of diamonds on every outlet determine how many points you will have .


I have a discount voucher but when I apply it on my order it shows that is not valid, why is this happening?

Every voucher has its own criteria (expiry date, count of usage, amount, and which outlet you can apply it on) you can check them up in my vouchers list , located in the Home screen top of the list to the right.


How do I maintain my King/Queen Bee Status?

You maintain your King/Queen Bee Status as long as you have 7000 Points in your balance


Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire after 90 Days from the day you earn them- so make sure you use them! You can check the status of your points under points history.


How can I use my points?

From the Rewards store, Pick the reward you like and hit Redeem, Rewards either will be added to your voucher wallet or we will contact you through SMS.


Are my tier benefits valid in all of cities?

Your current tier and points are valid all across Iraq where Bee Delivery operates. Offers and reward values may vary depending on the city you are ordering in.


How to rate my order?

You can rate your order during the 48-hour period after delivering. If you are not happy with the service, you can submit your complaint while rating the order, and we will look into in the nearest time.
